I have no idea about an actual number of sheets, but I have over a foot of cardstock and maybe 18 inches of patterned paper. I just purged recently too-lol.

I`m addicted to patterned paper as well. It`s hard to resist when visiting a scrapbook shop with so many designs! At the moment, I`m trying really hard to use the paper I have rather than buy new one (to save some money!) but now and again I still splurge!

wow, great question, I would have to say probably 100+ or possibly 200+...does one have to include all the collage pieces to, then I would have to say probably closer to maybe 500+...besides how does one count all that paper, especially when one is addicted to "paper collecting". I buy it even when I don`t really need it. My dh always says "don`t you already have some of that?" that is only when he is with me of course..which isn`t too often when it comes to art supply shopping!!

Ah, but have you ever bought the same paper twice at separate times? I`ve one that before.

Here`s a challenge I recently hosted for one of my online boards: it was called Spring cleaning. The only rule was that you had to use something that was at least a year old!

Try it at your next crop club or amongst your friends - I`ll bet you use some of that paper up!

I tend to save my fav for special (special never seems to come around mind you) then the ones I have had for ages I no longer want to use, but can`t bear to part with just in case...

Besides you can never have enough paper or supplies : )

Hi All,

I`ve been scrapbooking for nearly 5 years, so I`ve had time to acumalate quite a bit. I`d say well over 2000 sheets of cardstock and say 200 sheets of patterned paper. My turnover of cardstock is pretty high. I use it alot more than patterned paper.

Cheers,
Laren

i`m scared to answer...but it`s well over 5,000 sheets (and probably closer to 10,000 sheets ) of plain cardstock in a variety of matte and metallic colors. given each ream of cardstock is 250 sheets and i`ve got a 6x6 grid of them, plus many boxes more....yikes! as for printed cardstock, that stacks up to at least 2 feet. ouch! i never realized how much stuff i have til this question made me think about it!! i need to stop traveling to japan and coming back with stacks and stacks of paper every time!
