This is a very ocean-centric necklace. The center is a lampwork focal rich with tide pools and water rivulets teasing their way between the rocks. Framing this beautiful bead are two clusters of mother of pearl chips, with a little bit of silver to ground the design.
The toggle clasp may be my favorite part of this necklace--it is a crescent moon, and we all know that the moon controls the ebb and flow of the tides. What better finish to a tide pool necklace, than it`s very own moon?
I hope you enjoy my creation. This necklace is for sale at http://duet.etsy.com

| Candace, this is utterly divine..... love the symbolism of the moon too... who created the lampwork focal bead?

I`m pretty sure I got this one from a lady on eBay named Alyson Straley. I bought two single lampwork beads around the same time last year and got the two mixed up, so I`m not 100% sure it was her, but it seems to fit her style.
And thank you, Donni I really need to *let go* of this one and get it put up in the etsy store!

| Isn`t it hard sometimes, Candace, to let them go? I get attached to my special babies too... well I shall look forward to seeing more of your work (and hopefully will email once school is back in ) Its easier to gander here than catch up on emails... LOL Cheers!
