Hi all
I am new here, and firstly I would like to say Hi, I have looked through the design gallery, and you are all so talented. This web site is great, and I think it should be used more often.

I HAVE ALSO POSTED THIS THREAD IN JEWELLERY AND BEAD MAKING, BUT THOUGHT AFTERWARDS IT MIGHT BE BETTER HERE!
My question is, does anyone here make their own glass beads. I would love to have a go, but where Ilive there are no courses, so I have resorted to the idea that I would have to teach myself, with the use of a good book. I have thought about a beginners pack from an American website, prehaps Sundance, this contains everything to need. I would have to use fibre blanckets to begin with, becuase I cannot afford a kiln, understand that there is more changethe beads will break, but someone told me the other day, thats the beads they had put into the kiln, also becan to crack, and this is just the way sometimes. I have a beading dream, to have my own shop one day, and to make it unique, in this area, make my own beads too!!! I am trying to work towards my dream, but really don`t know if I am going about the right way, any suggestions, or advice. Thanks
Crystal Girl- Tammy
