i love tea! i hope you enjoy the switch from coffee to tea. i`m no expert, but i like most kinds of tea.
if you want something hearty and bold, try a black tea - english or irish breakfast teas are wonderful. earl grey has a slight floral note and not as hearty as the breakfast teas. the caffeine level in black teas are about half of that in coffee. green teas are full of antioxidants and good for you - the caffeine level of green tea is half of that black tea. white teas are plucked while the green tea is still a baby, and provide light & delicate teas. rooibos teas have also become more widely known and makes great tea without caffeine, very good, imho. fruit flavors can be used to enhance pretty much any type of tea - white, green, black, and straight fruit teas are sometimes considered "herbal" because of their lack of caffeine.
a good site to learn about the different kinds of tea is www.adagio.com
hope that helps!
