Hi Janette,

Welcome to DesignsToLove. Your photos are lovely Janette. I too have a crappy camera, and have to fix the lighting in Photoshop. It`s almost impossible to get the pure white background without a little retouching

Hi Mayoo and welcome to DesignsToLove. Your work is beautiful. Do Japanese do a certain type of bead work? Just wondering as Janette mentioned `Japanese bead works`

I was wondering, do you work full time making jewelry or is it just a hobby?

Thats a lot of goodies Moon

Maybe we should start a thread to ask the dreaded question `How much do you spend on craft per month`

Can`t wait for the foam wall triple. That would be interesting to see.
I have a category request (5 posts) - Posted On : 09 Oct 2006 09:42 PM Edit Post | Report Spam
Hi Triple,

Thanks for the suggestion. What are your sculptures made of?

If you are not sure what category they belong to, you can put them in the `Other Craft` category.

As for a category for artwork, i think it`s a good idea but i dont want designstolove to turn into an art gallery. I personally can`t really tell the difference between the two (arts & crafts). Like would a painting or drawing count as craft? Would love to hear what our other members think about this.

Thats really cute Annie. I think white and red jewellery would be nice..the colours of santa

I 100% agree that you need to get ready early for Christmas. We lost so much sale due to out of stock items last year because we thought that ordering stock 1 month prior would give us sufficient time. To our horrow a lot of the items we wanted to bring in was out of stock and our manufacturers couldn`t deliver in time due to overwhelming demand.

Lesson learned, always prepare early for Christmas. It`s the merriest and busiest time of the year

You are very talented. I tried using illustrator but couldn`t get used to it. It seems so different to photoshop which is what i normally use.

Hi Yobo,

We do have an edit/delete design feature.

Click on my account (pink button on the left)
Click on designs
There should be a delete/edit button next to each of your designs.

I will try my best to implement a search feature in the next week or two.
