About jalapeno and his/her work 
My interests in arts and crafts began at the age of 10, I focused much of my time on learning to draw and use various materials such as pastels and paints. I successfully completed my gcse`s, a-levels and diploma with my main focus on arts, I began my degree studying Fine Art and Design Studies which is when my interests shifted into 3D art, materials and manufacturing processes.
After having studied technology for a few years I learnt how to combine the techniques I had learnt in theory to actual items of jewellery through the help of my local art centre. I now have been making jewellery and smithing for just over two years now, my work is largely inspired by natura (organic materials such as minerals, flowers and leaves.....) I aim to branch out from jewellery to containers, spoons and wall hangings.....
